Refunds are not allowed on purchased items. However, if the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund after reviewing and confirming the issue.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at suppourt@influxjewelry.com if there are any issues with your item. Proof of purchase and photos of the defective product may be required to process your refund request.
